In which case your goods will be placed on back-order until the items become available again for shipping or pick-up.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of http://phonesy.com.au.

Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. All our stock is covered by 6 month,12 month, or lifetime manufacturer’s warranty.

JURISDICTION

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of NSW and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and http://phonesy.com.au that results in litigation, then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Lifetime Warranty guarantee covers any manufacturer faults relating to the specific part which was originally repaired. If the part is deemed faulty by an authorized Smart Phones Hospital technician, we will replace the part within a reasonable timeframe. If it is found that the device has been physically, or liquid damaged warranty will be automatically voided.
